Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the VerityVsPrototype mobile application (the “App,” bundle ID com.veritystickmanfight.game). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

VerityVsPrototype is an entertainment game for iOS devices. Features may include single-player modes, two-player play, in-app purchases of virtual items with in-game currency, and advertisements.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms / App Store rules.

3. Virtual items & currency

Gold, skins, boosters, and similar items have no real-world cash value, are licensed (not sold), and may be modified or removed as we update the App. Unless required by law, unused virtual items are non-refundable.

4. Advertising

The App may display third-party ads (including rewarded, interstitial, and app-open ads). Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their products or privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or related services
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with ads, purchases, or other users’ experience

6. Age

You must meet the minimum age required to have an App Store account in your region. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Updates & termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

10. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the App publisher, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must also comply with Apple’s App Store terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the App purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
